UnitedAg Supports Members Impacted by California Wildfires

IRVINE, CA – In response to the devastating wildfires impacting multiple counties across California, UnitedAg stands in full support of our members who have been affected. On July 3, 2024, Governor Gavin Newsom declared a State of Emergency to bolster disaster response and relief efforts in the region. The fires include the Thompson Fire and Railbridge Fire in Butte County, Mina Fire in Mendocino County, Royal Fire in Placer County, Sheering Fire in Tuolumne County, French Fire in Mariposa County, Cow Fire in Tulare County, Lake Fire in Santa Barbara County, Shelly Fire and Bogus Fire in Siskiyou County, Vista Fire in San Bernardino County, Basin Fire in Fresno County, North Fire in Modoc County, and Point Fire in Humboldt County. UnitedAg is working hard to ensure the safety and care of all California members during this difficult time and is committed to providing the necessary resources and assistance to help our members navigate through this challenging period.

UnitedAg's Commitment to Our Members:

Healthcare Services: UnitedAg is working closely with healthcare network partners to offer expedited services for those affected by the wildfires. Members can access mental health support and medical care without delay.

Immediate Care for UnitedAg Members:

  • Virtual Care Options: Members can access immediate care through UnitedAg Health and Wellness clinics by calling 877.877.7981, or via 24/7 access through Teladoc at 800.835.2362.
  • Mental Health Services: UnitedAg (UABT) health plan members can access mental health services through Spring Health https://benefits.springhealth.com/unitedag/.
  • Displacement Assistance: If you have been displaced, you may see an out-of-network provider at in-network benefit levels. For more information, contact our member services team at 800.223.4590, available Mon-Fri from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Member Identification (ID) Card: If you have lost your member ID card, you can view and print your card from our health portal by logging in at https://www.unitedag.org/healthportal or you can contact our member services team to request a copy of your benefits identification card.
  • Customer Service: If you need assistance, please contact our Member Services department. We want to respond to the urgent needs of all affected members.
