The California Labor Commissioner approved AgSafe as a provider of an online webinar format of the required 9-hour farm labor contractor continuing education (CE) course. This online continuing education seminar will be divided into 3-hour modules over the course of 3 days. Participants must attend all three modules and participate to receive credit for the course.
Qualifications for course:
- Ability to provide AgSafe with a readable copy of your FLC license or photo ID during application and check-in process.
- Participate in all 3 modules.
- Must be able to understand, read, and write in the language in which the course is being taken.
- Knowledge of and access to the following technology is mandatory:
- Computer or tablet quipped with:
- Working keyboard
- Speakers
- Camera – Camera is to remain on during the entire webinar for all three training sessions
- Computer or tablet quipped with:
Those who are not able to have access to all the required technology WILL NOT be able to participate in the training
- All participants are required to have their camera turned on during the entire webinar for all three training sessions. Participants who turn off their cameras or don’t have one available will not receive any credit for the class.
- Reliable connectivity to the internet.
- Only one participant may be logged in on each computer or tablet. Credit for the class will not be given if more than one participant is logged in on a single computer or tablet.
- Return completed AgSafe webinar disclaimer forms by date listed in confirmation email.
Please Note:
If accepted, there will be no refunds, substitutions, and no make-up classes available. All participants must log-in to the course on time and participate through the entire series. These sessions will be live webinars and AgSafe will be reporting participation records to DLSE.

Course transfers are subject to a $50 fee.
Registrants must select a future course date when calling to transfer.
All fees must be paid at the time of transfer
