Free At Home COVID-19 Test Kits Available (Limited Supply) from Grower-Shipper Association in Santa Maria

Pre-registration is required. You will receive an email confirmation if they are able to fulfill your request.

The Grower-Shipper Association in Santa Maria has received a limited supply of free, rapid COVID test kits from Santa Barbara County Public Health. The test kits are intended to be distributed to the community this week, are not intended for routine surveillance testing of employees, and are to be free of charge. Please click on the registration link below to request a supply for this week. Please also indicate your request for kits for next week’s request, which we will relay to SB County Public Health.

We encourage our members to distribute these kits equitably among their employees.

The following information is from Santa Barbara County Public Health:
"Reminder: These kits are to be distributed to the community and should not be used for routine surveillance testing of staff. The recent spike in new COVID-19 infections has been something Santa Barbara County Public Health has been anticipating and monitoring, and many of you may have noticed that testing resources are harder to come by because of this increase in cases. In an effort to make testing more accessible, we are reaching out to partners to inquire about a willingness to assist us in making take-home antigen test kits available to the community. Public Health is anticipating an increased and continued supply of take-home antigen test kits, and we hope to partner with community based organizations, cities and other jurisdictions to help us in the distribution of these kits."

The Association has received a limited number of test kits available to Association members, free of charge. Pre-registration is required. Please note: you may not receive the number of test kits you requested. Each test kit contains two tests.

Zero Cost Acknowledgment*
I acknowledge that there is no charge for these test kits and that they will be distributed free of charge.
