Ingredients
- 2 dozen cloves of peeled CR garlic
- 2 pints of cherry tomatoes, pricked
- Pinch of sea salt
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
Preparation
Place garlic, tomatoes and sea salt in an oven safe dish. Add enough olive oil to come halfway up the tomatoes. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour until the tomatoes have burst and the garlic is soft. Gently stir and add the thyme once the dish has been in for 30 minutes. Serve with pasta or on toast!
