Traditional leadership courses often fall short, offering one-size-fits-all solutions that leave women feeling out of place. Our academy program is more than just a leadership program; it's a community of women leaders who uplift one another regardless of their career stage, age, or experience. The academy is a one-year leadership experience that takes place over four 1.5 day in-person sessions.
